As a Product Designer at Aios Medical, you will take on a senior, high-ownership role in product design. You’ll be stepping into a product that has grown fast and needs stronger design leadership, judgment, and structure. You’ll own projects end-to-end, taking loosely defined problems, talking to the right people, understanding workflows and constraints, and shipping solutions you can stand behind.
You’ll report directly to our Head of Product Design and work closely with our Head of Product. You’ll also collaborate with the rest of our Product and Design organisation, as well as our engineering and CX teams. This is a full-time, remote role with expected overlap with European and US time zones.
Key responsibilities:- Design ownership: Take ownership of design work across products and run projects independently, from problem definition to shipped solution.
- Customer apps: Design and improve customer-facing web and mobile app experiences.
- Internal tools & workflows: Work on internal products used by clinical, ops, enrolment, and CX teams, focusing on workflow, usability, and efficiency.
- Complex problem solving: Work on products with real commercial and regulatory constraints.
- Business & user understanding: Start from the business problem and the user need.
- End-to-end project ownership: Lead projects independently, including discovery, talking to users or internal teams, defining the solution, and shipping it.
- Clear communication: Articulate your thinking, defend decisions, and hold your ground in discussions.
- Hands-on leadership: Help shape how design works and support other designers as the team grows.
- Experience: 3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile.
