AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor and seeks a Senior Head of Expansion to accelerate global GLP-1 customer growth, starting with Europe. You will drive market-entry readiness, identify priority markets, and close gaps in legal, clinical, supply and operational areas to enable rapid, compliant launches.
You will lead cross-functional efforts, work with leadership, and travel in Europe as needed.
