Delilah is built for strong women in their prime who want a sustainable solution to feel their best. We use affordable, effective weight loss medication to solve our customers’ most pressing healthcare need, then aim to remain their core healthcare provider for the rest of their life — expanding to hormonal health, mental health, longevity, and primary care. GLP-1 medications are a f*ing big deal. We’re in a remarkable & rapid period of change which will radically reshape the patient & cash flows in the healthcare system. Our mission is to accelerate the global take-up of GLP-1 medications among busy families to help solve obesity worldwide. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading consumer healthcare brand.

Role Head of Paid Media at Aios
Ready to build the systems that power one of the fastest-growing healthcare brands in the world?
We’re building a world-class team and need a structured operator to take full ownership of our paid media engine. This role is about building trust through clarity, discipline, and accountability, while scaling a $2M+ monthly Meta budget and a growing Google Ads presence.
As Head of Paid Media, you’ll plan ahead, communicate, and deliver. You’ll combine deep buying expertise with operational leadership: architecting systems, reporting with clarity, and executing at high speed. You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead to develop scroll-stopping, conversion-driving assets that outperform the competition. This is an operational leadership seat inside paid media, demanding the same intensity, focus, and reliability as the rest of our growth org. If you thrive in ambiguity and measure success by trust as much as ROAS, this is where you’ll make your mark.
You’ll report directly to our Head of Growth (Dave Lane) and work closely with our CEO (Richie Cartwright).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Meta ads ecosystem: manage our $2M+ monthly Meta budget and optimize for profitability.
- Scale strategically: identify opportunities to increase spend while maintaining or improving profitability.
- Build a fortress: architect a robust Business Manager and ad account structure to guard against platform volatility.
- Drive performance: continuously optimize campaigns, audiences, and creative strategy to maximize ROAS across Meta.
- Take the reigns on Google Ads strategy: own Google Ads accounts and drive performance across search, display, and video.
- Cross-pollinate success: leverage Meta insights to accelerate Google performance.
- Unify the experience: align messaging and targeting across platforms for seamless customer journeys.
- Architect our Growth Blueprint: develop and execute the media strategy toward 2028 customer goals.
- Drive Creative Innovation: collaborate with Creative Lead to develop breakthrough ad concepts.
- Expand Our Horizons: identify emerging platforms with potential revenue impact.
- Validate with velocity: implement rapid test-learn-scale frameworks to validate new channels quickly.
- Diversify our portfolio: build a resilient acquisition mix to maximize growth and reduce dependency on any single platform.
Need to have
- Proven Performance at Scale: managed $2M+ monthly ad spend with impactful metrics.
- Meta Mastery: 5+ years scaling DTC brands on Meta with seven-figure monthly spends and strong ROAS.
- Google Ads Excellence: 4+ years hands-on across search, display, and video; growth alongside Meta strategy.
- Budget Command: owned multi-million dollar monthly budgets; forecasted, paced, and optimized spend.
- Creative Firepower & Vision: built testing frameworks and translated data into compelling creative at scale.
- Scale-up Experience: experience rapidly increasing spend while maintaining performance.
- Relevant Industry Background: experience in consumer sectors related to audience and acquisition landscape.
- Hands-on, scrappy operator who has built and scaled DTC brands from small budgets to >$2M/month across Meta and Google.
- Accounts built personally, not handed off to you with pre-running budgets.
- Strong in both Meta and Google, not just one platform.
- Fully own paid acquisition from day one; remote role requiring 50+ hours/week.
- Not suited for those who have only worked with big corporate brands, B2B, brand awareness, or a single platform.
