My client is a top tier bank seeking a Vice President, EMEA Red Team Lead at a global financial institution, responsible for leading advanced adversary simulation and Red Team operations to test and strengthen enterprise wide security across banking and securities environments.
The position focuses on:
- Designing and executing sophisticated Red Team and purple team engagements
- Developing and refining tactics aligned to MITRE ATT&CK
- Mentoring junior operators
- Collaborating closely with SOC, blue team, threat intelligence and detection engineering functions
The role also carries responsibility for:
- Governance
- Executive reporting
- Risk assessment
- Engagement with regulators and auditors
This requires deep technical offensive security expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to communicate complex security issues clearly to senior stakeholders.
