My client is a top tier bank seeking a Vice President, EMEA Red Team Lead at a global financial institution, responsible for leading advanced adversary simulation and Red Team operations to test and strengthen enterprise wide security across banking and securities environments.
The position focuses on designing and executing sophisticated Red Team and purple team engagements, developing and refining tactics aligned to MITRE ATT&CK, mentoring junior operators, and collaborating closely with SOC, blue team, threat intelligence and detection engineering functions.
The role also carries responsibility for governance, executive reporting, risk assessment, and engagement with regulators and auditors, requiring deep technical offensive security expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to communicate complex security issues clearly to senior stakeholders.

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
