As a Growth Engineer, you will own how aion attracts, engages, and activates developers, founders, and AI builders at scale. This is a marketing- and community-first role that sits at the intersection of events, developer advocacy, content, and growth experimentation.
You will design and run aion's community and events engine—from Bay Area meetups and flagship conferences to online workshops, Discord conversations, and founder-led salons (e.g., The AI Summit Afterparty by aion). Your work directly drives awareness, product adoption, and inbound pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in zero-to-one environments, loves being customer-facing, and wants full ownership over how a category-defining AI platform shows up in the world.
aion is the world's first and only AI infrastructure research lab: a full-stack solution for building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI at scale. Whether you're a startup founder, enterprise team, or independent developer, aion gives you everything you need to go from concept to production in one seamless platform.
By abstracting away infrastructure complexity, aion unifies compute orchestration, training workflows, data pipelines, model versioning, and deployment into a single, streamlined experience. No more fragmented stacks or cloud lock-in, just fast, scalable, and accessible AI infrastructure.
Led by serial entrepreneurs Jayden Watson and Christian Angermayer, aion is well-funded by Peter Thiel, Dr. Fei-Fei Li, top-tier VCs and strategic partners. Headquartered in the U.K., we operate globally with core teams in London, SF, and NYC.

- Bay Area presence: Run consistent, high-quality events across SF/Bay Area
- Community platforms: Own and grow Discord/Slack/GitHub Discussions via AMAs, launches, demos, and webinars
