This role sits at the heart of an exciting new venture between Jameel Motors and GAC, established to introduce the AION range of intelligent electric vehicles to the UK market. As part of the team, you will help establish and grow AION Auto UK combining GAC's cuttingâedge EV innovation with Jameel Motors' deep automotive expertise to deliver a new benchmark in electric mobility. About the Role
Working within the Network Development Team, the Network Training Manager will lead the development and management of AION Auto UKâs learning ecosystem, with a strong focus on sales performance, product knowledge, and customer experience. This role is responsible for owning the UK Learning Management System (LMS), defining commercial training strategy, and ensuring that retail teams have the right skills, knowledge, and tools to drive sales conversion, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a UK commercial training strategy that supports sales performance and key KPIs.
- Own and manage the UK Learning Management System (LMS), including content updates, reporting, and overall governance.
- Drive LMS engagement across the retailer network, increasing training completion and certification rates.
- Strengthen retail sales capability through product, sales process, and customerâjourney learning programmes.
- Support retailer onboarding and ensure new sites are fully prepared from a capability and readiness perspective.
- Identify capability gaps using LMS insights and sales performance data.
- Produce clear, actionable reporting on training effectiveness and commercial impact.
- Continuously enhance learning content, tools, and digital delivery methods.
Skills & Experience
- Background in commercial sales training within a technical sector, ideally automotive.
- Strong understanding of automotive retail sales and aftersales operations.
- Exposure or experience in events planning.
- Handsâon experience owning and managing an LMS.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Experience within an OEM, importer, or major retail group.
- Working knowledge of EV technologies.
