Role Overview
As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the General Manager during an exciting period of growth. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help coordinate priorities, manage key business activities and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the organisation. Working closely with UK and international stakeholders, you will play a central role in supporting leadership meetings, coordinating projects and enabling the management team to focus on delivering strategic objectives. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisation, sound judgement and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to the General Manager, managing priorities, coordinating complex diaries and facilitating effective communication across UK and international stakeholders.
- Coordinate management meetings and business reviews, preparing agendas, presentations and briefing materials, recording actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries, expenses and purchase order administration.
- Support the planning and delivery of company meetings, events and visits from international colleagues and partners.
- Assist with project coordination and the delivery of strategic business initiatives, tracking actions and supporting progress against key objectives.
- Support office administration and help establish efficient processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement as the business grows.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, directors or executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
- Good attention to detail, combined with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships at all levels.
- A high level of discretion, professionalism and integrity when handling confidential information.
