We are recruiting for Third Party Capture Handlers in Newcastle on a Hybrid work basis. Monday - Friday. You will be provided with all the training and support you need to excel but also be looked after with an outstanding benefits package. Responsibilities * Deliver customer-focused claims solutions in line with policy terms and claims handling procedures. * Investigate and decide on liability and quantum, identifying fraud risks, indemnity concerns, and supporting evidence early. * Provide effective third-party solutions to enhance customer experience and support capture targets. * Manage your caseload efficiently, keeping accurate records and systems updated. * Use knowledge of negligence and claims experience to negotiate fair settlements and control costs. * Take ownership of customer issues, aiming for first-contact resolution and keeping customers informed. * Respond to audit feedback to improve technical skills and contribute to team development. * Work closely with claims suppliers to support strategic goals and service delivery. * Recommend and implement case solutions that meet service standards and reduce risk and leakage. * Support service improvements while ensuring fair treatment of customers. * Liaise with other departments to identify and manage claims-related issues. * Maintain ongoing compliance with FCA regulations and other legal or risk frameworks. Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications * Knowledge of Motor Claims (preferred but not essential) * Understanding of FCA regulations, FOS principles, and TCF initiatives * Strong workload planning and organisation skills * Effective negotiation and influencing abilities * Good verbal, numerical, and analytical reasoning with problem-solving skills * Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software * Understanding of negligence principles and motor accident liability (preferred) Why Join Us?
