To help lead the way, we’re looking for a forward thinking Product Owner – Innovation to lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge, tech-driven solutions. You\’ll play a central role in defining, designing and launching innovative products that meet evolving market needs. Working closely with cross functional teams – engineering, design, marketing, business development and our strategic partner companies, you’ll accelerate the development and adoption of impactful innovations across our portfolio. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely, while spending minimum 8 days per month at one of our UK offices. Occasional travel across the UK and Europe is expected to collaborate with partners and teams. BE THE NEXT BIG THING, NOW. Responsibilities: Artificial Intelligence & R&D Collaboration * Act as the operational lead for all European AI projects with Mind Foundry and the Aioi R&D Lab in Oxford * Navigate and manage three distinct collaboration models across ADJ, AND-E, and OneIT * Scout and evaluate new AI concepts, gain stakeholder alignment, and drive projects to PoC delivery Autonomous Vehicles & Future Risk * Collaborate with the Chief Product Innovation Officer and R&D teams to assess future AV risk * Leverage insights from our investment in OXA Technologies to shape AV insurance strategy * Contribute to regulatory analysis and policy structure for AV insurance across Europe Product Management & Delivery * Lead approved innovation projects from concept to PoC/MVP, handing off to BAU teams post-delivery * Work with third-party tech providers to bring ideas to life * Current initiatives include: * Unifying fraud detection technologies into a scalable framework * Evaluating advanced voice analytics with Clearspeed * Developing a Smart Connected Insurance product for the ride-hailing sector Market Research & Strategic Insight * Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging tech * Use insights to guide product strategy and innovation pipeline Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications: Essential – Professional level English communication skills – Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches and / or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred) – Knowledge of how the automotive insurance industry works – Exceptional communication and collaboration skills – Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions – Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Desirable – Additional European language skills – Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) – Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
