To help lead the way, we’re looking for a dynamic Product Governance & Insight Manager to shape our product strategy and ensure regulatory excellence. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely, while spending minimum 8 days per month at one of our UK offices. Responsibilities: As Product Governance & Insight Manager you\’ll be at the heart of shaping product strategy, ensuring regulatory alignment and driving customer-focused innovation. Your responsibilities will include: Governance Leadership Develop and maintain a robust product governance framework aligned with regulatory and internal standards, including integration with approval forums such as the Spend Advisory Forum. Ensure documentation and processes are audit-ready and support regulatory requests. Strategic Product Oversight Act as the central link between business demand and product delivery, facilitating clear communication across internal and external teams. Ensure all initiatives align with governance protocols and strategic priorities. Market Collaboration & Customer Value Partner with local markets to conduct regular product reviews, ensuring offerings remain appropriate, competitive, and compliant. Monitor customer outcomes to ensure fair value is delivered throughout the product lifecycle. Insight-Driven Optimisation Analyse customer, technology, product, and market data to uncover actionable insights. Deliver strategic recommendations that enhance product performance and elevate customer satisfaction. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications: Essential * Professional level English communication skills * Relevant professional or academic qualification or equivalent extensive practical experience. * Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). * Strong understanding of product governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. * Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Desirable * Additional European language skills * Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) * Experience in financial services, insurance, or a regulated industry preferred.
