- Prepare, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office IT equipment including laptops, peripherals, meeting room devices, and related hardware.
- Manage and maintain office network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connectivity, and network security settings.
- Perform laptop setup, software installation, device configuration, onboarding, replacement, and lifecycle management for employees.
- Procure, configure, renew, and manage licenses for business applications and productivity tools.
- Administer user accounts and access permissions for email systems, cloud services, collaboration platforms, and other business applications.
- Manage corporate domains, email domains, DNS settings, and related administrative activities.
- Maintain security and reliability of Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 systems and services and leverage Azure AD & on-Prem Active Directory Systems to enable Role Based Access and improve security.
- Expansion and operation of the Microsoft 365 tenant in the group, and support and operation of systems and applications in the Windows on-premises environment, with Microsoft 365 or in Azure
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (i. e. Power Shell, Power Automate, etc.), and develop future strategies for Microsoft 365 products and services
- Provide help desk and user support services as the primary point of contact for IT operations, troubleshooting, and security-related inquiries.
