You will take responsibility for regional performance, ensuring clients receive consistent support while guiding and engaging a diverse workforce. The position involves shaping local strategy, strengthening partnerships, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients across the region
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and reconnect with previous clients
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for service-related issues
  • Support workforce engagement, utilisation, and retention to maintain dependable coverage
  • Monitor and improve performance against key regional metrics
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
  • Represent the organisation professionally, promoting high standards and continuous improvement

About You

  • Experience in sales, business development, regional management, account management, or a similar operational role
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Background in the healthcare sector and/or recruitment industry
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
  • Confident using digital systems and performance-tracking tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
