As an accredited supplier on all national supplier frameworks (including CCS, CPP, and HTE), we are a trusted provider of high‑quality candidates to NHS Trusts, GP surgeries, and private healthcare providers. This is an exceptional and unique opportunity to establish yourself in a new recruitment role focusing exclusively on placing across all levels, from Junior Doctors to Consultant grade, within the UK healthcare sector. You will be operating in a tough, candidate‑driven market, with the primary goal of building long‑term relationships and a consistent candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive candidate sourcing present shortlisted, qualified candidates to the Recruitment Manager/Client.
- Account ensure accurate logging in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Self‑starter / self‑motivated – ability to work independently, manage time, and drive activity without constant supervision.
- Persistence and dedication – resilient mindset for a tough specialist sector where results take time.
- Recruitment healthcare experience in temporary/contract or permanent divisions.
- Evidence of achieving targets in a pressurized environment.
- Experience in psychiatry desirable (not essential).
- Must be able to travel to Skipton at least one day each week.
