Role

You will be responsible for driving business growth across the South East or South West regions. Your primary objective is to identify, engage, and secure high‐value contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to expand market share within your regions.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial cold contact to final contract negotiation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‐term partnerships with key stakeholders, including procurement leads and care home managers.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to position our services as the premier choice in healthcare staffing.
  • Remote Collaboration: Work independently while maintaining strong communication lines with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure service delivery matches sales promises.
Requirements
