We are seeking experienced Registered Children's Home Managers (Level 5 qualified) to lead and manage homes, roles available in Chester, Warrington and Holywell. The successful candidate will ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing, and development‐focused environment for the young person in placement. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional care while progressing your own professional development. Role Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management - Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and service quality across the home.
- Regulatory Compliance - Ensure full adherence to Ofsted standards and all statutory requirements.
- Safeguarding & Welfare - Maintain robust safeguarding practices and promote the emotional and physical well-being of the young person.
- Care Planning - Lead on personalised care plans, risk assessments, and progression pathways.
- Development & Progression - Drive positive outcomes for young people and support staff development within the service.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (Children and/or Adults).
- Minimum 24 months’ experience in a residential childcare setting.
