Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients across the region
- Identify opportunities to expand services and reconnect with previous clients
- Serve as the senior escalation point for service-related issues
- Support workforce engagement, utilisation, and retention to maintain dependable coverage
- Monitor and improve performance against key regional metrics
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Represent the organisation professionally, promoting high standards and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, business development, regional management, account management, or a similar operational role
