The Operations Executive is a high-intensity, critical function within the group’s delivery model. Unlike traditional high-volume recruitment, this role focuses on the bespoke acquisition of high-calibre Support Workers and Nurses for individuals with acute clinical needs, including Ventilation, Spinal, and Brain Injuries. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle, balancing clinical empathy with operational rigour to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Resourcing: Researching and identifying candidates via job boards, social media, and networking. This includes writing compelling advertisements and managing bespoke recruitment plans for both long-term and "crisis" packages.
- Proactive Engagement: Moving beyond the office to attend university open days, coffee mornings, and local networking events to identify graduate nurses and experienced HCAs.
- Technical Interviewing: Conducting rigorous Microsoft Teams interviews to verify empathy, communication skills, and technical competencies (e.g., Ventilation, PEG, Catheter care).
- Operational Continuity: Managing field staff rotas and shift planning. This involves covering unplanned absences and holidays to ensure zero disruption to service users.
- Compliance & Safeguarding: Operating in strict alignment with CQC/CIW standards and acting as a first-line gatekeeper for safeguarding.
Requirements:
