We are seeking experienced Registered Children’s Home Managers (Level 5 qualified) to lead and manage homes, roles available in Chester, Warrington and Holywell. The successful candidate will ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing, and development‑focused environment for the young person in placement. Role Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management — Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and service quality across the home.
- Regulatory Compliance — Ensure full adherence to Ofsted standards and all statutory requirements.
- Safeguarding & Welfare — Maintain robust safeguarding practices and promote the emotional and physical well‑being of the young person.
- Care Planning — Lead on personalised care plans, risk assessments, and progression pathways.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (Children and/or Adults).
- Minimum 24 months’ experience in a residential childcare setting, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding legislation.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams within a therapeutic, child‑centred environment.
