The Operations Executive is a strategic role focused on the bespoke acquisition, clinical matching, and quality assurance of high‑calibre Support Workers and Nurses. Clover Care requires an individual who can translate complex clinical requirements into a targeted recruitment strategy. This role is the "front line" of our quality standards; you will identify, interview, and match staff for service users with severe complex needs (including Ventilation and Brain Injuries). Note: This is a pure talent acquisition and matching role. All ongoing rota management and shift bookings are handled by a dedicated Care Coordinator.
