The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 € per year.

You will lead site operations for machinery installation, removal, and relocation projects. You will manage teams of riggers and machine movers, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to AIS Vanguard's high standards.

  • Supervise and lead rigging & machinery-moving teams on site
  • Plan and coordinate lifting operations and equipment use
  • Ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with approved RAMS and company H&S procedures
  • Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and safety checks
  • Support the team with hands-on rigging and machinery moving activities as required
  • Complete and submit project documentation including timesheets, asset logs, and safety forms
  • Ensure all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and presented
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive company image on every site.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in rigging, machinery moving, and heavy lifting (3+ years)
  • Previous foreman or supervisory experience on industrial or engineering sites
  • Strong understanding of lifting operations and mechanical principles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety
  • Full UK Driving License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) or Slinger/Signaller
  • Forklift Truck and MEWP License
  • CSCS or equivalent site safety card
