This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll create engaging content, support major events, work alongside operational teams and external partners, strengthen our brand and help ensure the market understands what makes Ainscough the UK's leading lifting solutions company. No two days are the same. One day you could be on site capturing content from a major lifting operation. The next you might be coordinating an open day, creating a customer case study, developing a marketing campaign or analysing how recent activity has performed. This is far more than a traditional marketing role. It's an opportunity to gain experience across almost every aspect of modern B2B marketing while working closely with colleagues from across the business and specialist external partners. If you're someone who enjoys variety, likes getting out into the business, takes pride in producing work of the highest standard and wants to make a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring marketing activity, customer engagement and campaign performance, using CRM and marketing insights to help evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging marketing trends, AI tools and new technologies that can enhance the way we communicate with customers.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence working with colleagues, customers and external partners.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to contribute new ideas.
