You'll work closely with colleagues across operations, planning and our depot network, helping everyone pull in the same direction to deliver outstanding customer service and sustainable business growth.
Covering London, the South East, South West and East of England, this is a leadership role for someone who understands that commercial success starts with people.
What you'll be doing
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead and support a team of Area Sales Managers, creating a high-performing, collaborative culture where people are motivated to achieve their best.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Area Sales Managers across the Southern Region.
- Build strong working relationships with depot teams, operational colleagues and senior stakeholders.
- Help your team identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and win new business.
- Support Area Sales Managers with customer meetings, proposals and strategic account development.
- Monitor regional performance, identify trends and implement improvements where needed.
- Drive consistency in processes, reporting and commercial standards across the region.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and development reviews.
- Encourage collaboration between departments to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Champion continuous improvement and help shape future ways of working.
What we're looking for
