Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to achieve business EBITDA targets.
- Coach and mentor the ASM team to ensure they meet or exceed budgeted sales targets.
- Set and exemplify high operational standards to enhance revenue within your region.
- Develop new business opportunities and consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with managed account customers and key stakeholders to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Oversee the performance and development of Area Sales Managers and their portfolios.
- Ensure deep knowledge of our products and services to effectively support the ASM team.
