Role Overview
As a Crane Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in directing and supervising lifting operations with a keen focus on safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Directing and supervising lifting operations in accordance with Method Statements.
- Interpreting Risk Assessments and associated drawings.
- Providing clear instructions to the lift team.
- Assessing and halting operations if necessary, referring to the Appointed Person.
- Adhering to BS7121 parts 1 and 3 standards.
- Continuously seeking improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid CPCS A62 Crane Supervisor (Blue Card).
- Previous experience in Crane Supervisor and Appointed Person roles.
