Depot Manager , you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the Immingham depot, balancing commercial performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and, above all, safety. You'll be responsible for: Developing the depot business to achieve sales and profit targets Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Ensuring consistently high standards of customer service Maintaining full compliance with quality, health and safety procedures Overseeing vehicle maintenance, inspections and certification Implementing company policies and procedures effectively Leading, developing and supporting depot employees Managing recruitment, training, performance reviews and appraisals Providing strong leadership and dealing confidently with HR matters Identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance and profitability Ensuring the depot delivers against its operational and commercial objectives What You'll Bring We're looking for a confident and capable manager with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of leading teams within a business environment. Ideally, you'll have: Management experience within a commercial or operational environment A strong understanding of business performance and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to influence, negotiate and manage challenging situations Strong leadership and people-management capabilities Good IT skills and confidence using business systems Excellent organisation and time-management skills A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English are desirable Most importantly, you'll be someone who
