Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Engineer is responsible for the delivery of installation and servicing works across all disciplines (fire, intruder, ACS, CCTV, telecoms) and will be competent in all areas of delivery from first fix to second fix, including commission and networking. Leading by example, the Engineer will show the behaviours associated with an experienced member of the team. Identifying opportunities for the business and ensuring customers are receiving a best in class advisory service. As an experienced member of the engineering team, the Engineer will take ownership of health and safety, ensuring they fully understand the risks associated with the works. Leading by example, the Engineer will be key to the development of Junior Engineers and Apprentice Engineers, acting as a mentor to ensure that they educate all junior team members on all the skills required to succeed as an Engineer in the industry. The Engineer will be an advocate in ensuring the AinsCo culture and principles are followed.
