Vacancy Description Are you passionate about delivering customer-focused housing services that are safe, compliant, and consistently high in quality? Do you have the experience to manage major contracts and stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement in service delivery? Can you lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services across a large housing portfolio? We are seeking a Property Services Manager with proven leadership in managing housing repairs, compliance, and planned works. This pivotal role demands a strong understanding of health and safety legislation, procurement regulations, and risk management within the social housing sector. If you can lead teams effectively while delivering high-quality, compliant property services, we’d love to hear from you. Hybrid – mixture of office and at home working This post is a full-time role at 37 hours a week. However, all applications will be considered.
