Our client is looking for a commercially focused B2B marketing leader to drive strategic account engagement and pipeline growth across a portfolio of specialist consulting and data-led businesses. This role is heavily focused on account-based marketing and revenue generation. You’ll lead targeted campaigns into enterprise and mid-market accounts, working closely with senior commercial stakeholders to convert engagement into qualified opportunities. You’ll also oversee a small in-house marketing team covering content, campaigns, events, outreach, and creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver targeted ABM programmes across strategic and growth accounts
- Build multi-channel campaigns using LinkedIn, outbound, events, webinars, content, and digital activity
- Partner with sales leadership on account planning, messaging, and opportunity generation
- Manage outbound activity including personalised outreach and nurture sequences
- Oversee content, brand, and event execution across multiple business units
- Track campaign effectiveness, engagement, conversion, and pipeline performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Support senior leadership with commercial reporting and marketing insight
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B marketing with strong exposure to ABM and demand generation
- Proven ability to contribute to pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn campaigns and outbound engagement strategies
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
- Backgrounds in consultancy, technology, professional services, data, or transformation environments are particularly relevant
- Exposure to enterprise or mid-market account marketing
- Experience across sectors such as financial services, insurance, education, retail, or professional services
- Familiarity with intent data, account intelligence, or sales engagement tools
- Event and webinar delivery experience
