A 6 month FTC opportunity has arisen for a Technology Operations Coordinator/Analyst to support the effective running of a multi-disciplinary IT function. This position focuses on enabling delivery, maintaining operational clarity, and ensuring technology teams are aligned with business priorities. You’ll work alongside technical leadership and delivery teams to keep initiatives moving, remove obstacles, and ensure communication flows clearly between teams and stakeholders. The role combines coordination, problem‑solving, and operational oversight within a fast‑moving technology environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing the flow of work across engineering, testing, and platform teams, helping ensure commitments are met and priorities remain on track.
- Monitoring delivery activity to spot risks, delays, or conflicting demands, and supporting teams to resolve issues before they impact outcomes.
- Acting as a central point for system and application queries, coordinating responses and resolution with the relevant technical specialists.
- Sharing updates on delivery changes, dependencies, or operational challenges with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Organising and facilitating regular team forums such as stand‑ups, planning sessions, and progress reviews.
- Providing senior IT stakeholders with clear visibility of operational performance, issues affecting the business, and proposed next steps.
- Supporting capacity and time management across the technology function, helping ensure effort aligns with planned budgets and workloads.
- Assisting with the coordination of project activity by working with analysts and testing teams to support requirement clarity and delivery progress.
