Are you a commercially driven B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships and uncovering new revenue opportunities? We are working with a fast-growing financial services provider that supports self-employed professionals and the businesses that engage them. Their solutions span tax support, compliance services, VAT recovery, payroll facilitation and cashflow assistance helping contractors operate efficiently and compliantly.
This role focuses on developing introducer partnerships and expanding existing accounts across sectors that rely heavily on self-employed workforces including logistics, construction, recruitment and payroll intermediaries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new introducer relationships across the UK and generating qualified opportunities
- Building a structured sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Meeting agencies, contractor businesses and intermediaries to review performance and explore growth opportunities
- Creating engagement initiatives (site visits, targeted campaigns, promotions, referral activity) to increase account penetration
- Providing regular commercial updates and pipeline reports to senior leadership
- Representing the business at industry events and networking forums
- Acting as a feedback channel between clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in a B2B sales or account development role
- Experience generating and nurturing pipeline through proactive outreach
