We're partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business looking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of commercial, consulting, and operational delivery. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and ensuring that what is sold can be delivered effectively, profitably, and with exceptional client outcomes.
The Opportunity
- You'll work closely with commercial and delivery leaders to:
- Translate client requirements into clear, deliverable solutions.
- Lead the mobilisation of new projects from sale through to delivery.
- Challenge scope, timelines, and assumptions before they become problems.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and produce high-quality project documentation.
- Improve processes, governance, and ways of working across the business.
- Provide commercial oversight, identifying delivery risks and opportunities early.
- Build reporting and insights that support better decision-making.
About You
We're particularly interested in individuals who have built their careers in client-facing consultancy or professional services environments, such as:
- Management Consulting
- Professional Services
- Systems Integration
- Agency or Transformation Consulting
You'll have:
- 5+ years' experience in business analysis, consulting, programme delivery, or operational transformation.
- A track record of working across both commercial and delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge senior leaders and clients constructively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience translating ambiguous requirements into practical, deliverable solutions.
