Senior Architect/Architectural Technologist required for an excellent opportunity based in Surrey working for an award winning practice. The client is looking to bring someone in on a permanent basis and are looking to move quickly to interview and offer. Senior Architect Requirements High proficiency with Revit. Strong AutoCAD knowledge. RIBA part 3. You will need to be registered with the Architects Registration Board. Can demonstrate a portfolio of UK clients. Ideally in the residential sector. Have a car and a full UK license. Strong understanding of architectural design and building regulations. On top of the base salary the client offers a bonus that is paid twice annually.
