Microsoft Dynamics Delivery Lead (England)

Fantastic opportunity for a Dynamics Delivery Lead with extensive experience across D365 Customer Insights and Journeys. The role is predominantly remote and you would only be required onsite a couple of times a month.

Microsoft Dynamics Delivery Lead Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of leading Dynamics365 projects with a particular emphasis on Customer Insights and Journeys.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics Marketing.
• Expert across delivery management with a commercial mindset.
• A strong mentor and a proven track record in training and upskilling. You will be able to demonstrate a people centric approach with a emphasis on L&D and coaching.
• Outstanding knowledge of both Dynamics and the Microsoft tech stack more generally.
• Have the ability to describe highly complex concepts to non-technical members of staff and clients.
• Comfortable in a client facing role that will involve interacting with Senior stakeholders from other businesses on a regular basis.
• Have worked with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Worked in a team that adopts Kanban.
