Fantastic opportunity for a Dynamics Delivery Lead with extensive experience across D365 Customer Insights and Journeys. The role is predominantly remote and you would only be required onsite a couple of times a month.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of leading Dynamics365 projects with a particular emphasis on Customer Insights and Journeys.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics Marketing.
- Expert across delivery management with a commercial mindset.
- A strong mentor and a proven track record in training and upskilling.
- Ability to demonstrate a people centric approach with an emphasis on L&D and coaching.
- Outstanding knowledge of both Dynamics and the Microsoft tech stack more generally.
- Ability to describe highly complex concepts to non-technical members of staff and clients.
- Comfortable in a client facing role that will involve interacting with Senior stakeholders from other businesses on a regular basis.
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Worked in a team that adopts Kanban.
