Job Description

We're partnering with a rapidly growing digital consultancy that helps organisations transform the way they engage with customers through CRM, data, AI and automation.

As demand continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across the UK & Ireland.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll work with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and shape technology-led transformation programmes rather than simply selling software.

What you'll be doing Winning new enterprise clients across a defined territory.

Developing relationships with senior business and technology leaders.

Managing opportunities from initial engagement through to contract.

Working alongside consulting and solution teams to build compelling commercial proposals.

Driving account-based sales activity and building a strong pipeline.

Maintaining accurate forecasting and consistently achieving revenue targets.

What we're looking for You'll probably have experience selling one or more of the following: Enterprise CRM platforms Customer Experience technology Data & Analytics solutions AI-enabled business applications Marketing Automation Digital Transformation or Consulting Services You'll also bring: A proven background in enterprise B2B sales.

Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.

The ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach.

A track record of exceeding sales targets.

Ideal backgrounds We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked within: Technology consultancies Professional Services organisations CRM or Customer Experience specialists Enterprise Software vendors Digital Transformation businesses Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hub Spot, Creatio, Oracle, SAP, Adobe or similar solutions would be highly beneficial.
