NetSuite Administrator in Farnborough, Hampshire

NetSuite Administrator required for a permanent position working in a hybrid environment whereby you will be onsite 2 days a week and remote for 3. The client is looking for someone that is logical in their approach as well as an excellent communicator.

Core Knowledge & Experience

• Solid background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, with expertise in system configuration, workflow management, scripting, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience providing technical or functional support for NetSuite ERP.
• Strong working knowledge of SuiteScript, saved searches, custom workflows, and SuiteBuilder tools.
• Exposure to a range of NetSuite modules including Finance, CRM, Order Management, and Inventory.
• Confident in using Excel and other reporting/analytics tools to produce business insights.

Skills & Personal Qualities

• Capable of diagnosing and resolving technical challenges without constant supervision.
• Clear and professional communicator, both in writing and in person.
• Adept at supporting ERP users across different business functions.
• Methodical and detail-oriented, with strong logical reasoning skills.
• Able to balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for NetSuite-related support queries, providing both initial and escalated assistance.
• Maintain and update system settings including user roles, permissions, and workflow rules.
• Build and refine saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making across the organisation.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving integrations between NetSuite and external systems.
