Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. The role involves taking ownership, identifying improvements, and implementing them to enhance how we work. You will help ensure live training sessions run smoothly, support clients, and help streamline processes as we grow. This is a B2B role working closely with organisational clients and internal stakeholders to deliver live learning programmes. It is not a ticket-based or high-volume inbound role.
You will enjoy 1-to-1 work with clients, coordinating delivery, and taking responsibility for outcomes rather than responding to queues or scripts.
Role Summary
You will work with the Customer Success Lead, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver AimHi Earth's live and online training programmes. The role combines hands-on operational delivery, client support, and continuous improvement of our processes. You should be comfortable working independently, taking responsibility, and improving systems rather than merely following them. Strong organizational skills and initiative are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support for Live Sessions (50%)
- Preparing back-end logistics (e.g., scheduling attendee emails, updating databases, booking presenters/guests, promoting sessions via partners)
- Following up after sessions (e.g., sending attendee digital badges and certificates)
- Client Success Support (30%)
- Supporting client communication, including onboarding materials, resources, queries, and arranging calls. Over time, you may join client calls directly and support delivery without close co-hosting, helping new clients get up to speed smoothly
- Process Improvement and Collaboration (20%)
- Spotting where operational processes could improve and suggesting practical changes
- Helping implement improvements, including working with the Product team to automate or simplify tasks
- Exploring simple automation or system changes to reduce manual work and scale delivery
Requirements
Essential Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in client support or a related role
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills in fluent spoken English and polished written grammar
- Confidence in learning and adapting to new tools and systems
- Experience improving processes or ways of working
- Passion for AimHi Earth's mission to combat the climate and nature crisis
- Experience in a start-up or fast-moving environment
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with collaborative platforms (Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Asana)
- Experience managing databases or using database tools (e.g., Airtable)
- Experience working in a remote team environment
Benefits

- Regular check-ins and project meetings with open communication
- Annual in-person team gatherings (expenses covered)

- Annual wellbeing and growth budget (pro-rata) and opportunities to attend events
