Founded in 2016 by makeup artist and entrepreneur Aimee Connolly, Sculpted by Aimee is an Irish-born beauty brand with a global outlook. After earning a degree in business and building a loyal client base as a makeup artist, Aimee identified a gap in the market for products that were both high-performance and easy to use. The brand is now stocked in leading retailers including Boots and Selfridges UK, with a strong e-commerce presence serving customers in over 68 countries. Our omni-channel footprint spans more than 500 retail doors across eight markets, alongside four flagship stores in the UK and Ireland.

Our portfolio includes over 140 makeup, skincare and body products, all Leaping Bunny certified and recognised with more than 40 industry awards. Skincare is now our fastest-growing category, driven by a commitment to innovation, advanced formulation, and best-in-class performance. Developed and made in South Korea, our skincare range reflects our dedication to efficacy, quality and continuous improvement.

Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join the growing Trade Team based across both Dublin and UK on a fixed term basis. This role can be based in Dublin (Hybrid) or UK (Remote). Within this role, you will work closely with the Head of Wholesale and Trade Marketing team to deliver commercial plans for the brand within key retailers, in particular department stores (UK & Ireland) and travel retail.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Long term management of your assigned accounts for sustainable growth and build strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor, progress and review business plans with team and Head of Wholesale activating contingency plans when needed.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide weekly latest estimates on sales projections with confirmation of upsides and action plans to alleviate shortfalls.
  • Own the promotional planning cycles internally for your assigned accounts, providing ideas and insight to deliver sales & market share growth, with a clear understanding of profitability.
  • Analyse retailer executions and optimize future plans based on these learnings.
  • Manage all communications with assigned retailers to ensure all stakeholders are up to speed on latest brand plans and activities.
  • Work alongside Trade Marketing and VM to ensure best in class in-store executions and keeping abreast of in-store developments to share with the team.
  • Work with the Consumer Marketing team to secure the highest level of marketing support for and from our key retailers.
  • Build, maintain and execute joint business plans for all of your accounts.
  • Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and ethical workplace while contributing to our community initiatives both internally and externally.

Experience Needed:

This role is for you if:

  • You have a natural flair for sales and building relationships with retail buyers and stakeholders.
  • You are commercially minded and obsessive about achieving targets.
  • You have the ability to analyse complex data and present solutions that deliver results.
  • You take the initiative to learn from previous executions, and be able to adapt and optimize future plans based on these learnings.
  • You work well under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills.
  • Solid understanding of retail, ecommerce, and marketing businesses.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent at developing customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands both brand and customer (shopper).
  • Independent and self-directed but able to work within a team of creative and customer facing individuals.
  • Effectively navigate and collaborate cross functionally.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in a Senior Sales/ Key Account role Management (preferably experience managing department stores).
  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance.
  • Experience in beauty/ cosmetics industry is desirable.
