Due to this exciting growth Sculpted by Aimee is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our growing Marketing Team.
As our Marketing Operation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the Sculpted by Aimee’s brand across global markets.
The Marketing Operations Lead is a senior, highly organised marketing operator responsible for turning strategy into action across the full marketing function.
Sitting close to the Marketing Director, this role will help run the daily mechanics of the team, ensuring strategic plans are clear, timelines are realistic, approvals move efficiently, and every channel is working from one joined-up view of priorities.
This person will be the go-to lead for marketing process, planning, prioritisation and cross-functional coordination.
They will bring structure to a fast-moving environment, keep teams accountable for delivery, identify bottlenecks early and ensure that campaigns, launches, retail activations and commercial moments are executed with clarity, pace and consistency.
The role requires someone who can balance strong commercial thinking with excellent operational discipline.
They will work across Brand, Creative, CRM, Social, Paid Media, Partnerships, Influencer, Community, Retail, Product, Ecommerce and Commercial teams to make sure the customer experiences one cohesive Sculpted brand across every touchpoint.
- Accountabilities Include
- Marketing Planning & Team Orchestration
- Working closely withmarketingdirector to take strategy into action across the business.
- Own the weekly, monthlyand quarterly marketing planning rhythm, ensuring all teams are clear on priorities, deadlinesand ownership.
- Act as the central coordination point across CRM, Paid Media, Social, Brand, Creative, Partnerships, Influencer and Community activity.
- Translate business priorities into clear marketing actions, workstreamsand delivery plans.
- Lead marketing status meetings, prioritisationdiscussionsand cross-functional project check-ins.
- Ensure launches, campaigns, retail moments and commercial trading priorities are planned and delivered in a structured way.
- Approval Process & Governance
- Design, implement and manage a clear marketing approval process across creative, campaign, launch, CRM, retailand digital activity.
- Clarify who owns, inputs, approves and signs off keyworkstreamsso decisions move quickly and accountability is clear.
- Create a consistent way of working for briefs, timelines, feedback rounds, statusupdatesand final approvals.
- Identifywhere approvals are slowing the team down and recommend practical improvements.
- Protect brand standards by ensuring the right stakeholders are involved at the right stage of the process.
- Commercial Delivery & Performance Focus
- Support the Marketing Director in keeping the team focused on the marketing activity that will have the strongest commercial and brand impactfor BAU and Newness.
- Partner with Ecommerce, Retail and Commercial teams to align marketing plans with trade priorities, launchesand revenue opportunities.
- Track progress against key campaigns, launches and performance moments, escalatingrisksand opportunities early.
- Support preparation for trading, campaignand performance reviews by gathering key updates, actionsand decision points.
- Ensure learnings from campaign performance are captured and fed back into future planning.
- Resource, Workflow & Department Effectiveness
- Maintain visibility of team workload, capacityand competing priorities across the marketing department.
- Help managers balance urgent trading needs with longer-term brand and campaign projects.
- Spot resourcing pressure points and recommend solutions before delivery isimpacted.
- Improve the way the team uses meetings, trackers, briefsand project management tools.
- Create simple, scalable processes that help the marketing functionoperateeffectively as the business grows
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted right hand to the Marketing Director, supporting day-to-day decisions, escalationsand follow-through.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure teams are aligned around shared priorities.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, founders, agenciesand cross-functional teams.
- Coach team members and managers on better planning, prioritisationand process discipline.

Experience Needed
- Qualification in Business, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communicationsora relateddiscipline.
- Minimum10+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, marketingoperationsor integrated campaign delivery, ideally within beauty, retail, ecommerceor a fast-growth consumer brand.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple marketing functions and delivering complex campaigns, launchesor commercial trading moments.
- Strong understanding of brand, creative, CRM, paid media, social, retailand ecommerce workflows.
- Highlyorganisedand process-driven, with excellent planning, prioritisationand project management skills.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business priorities, customerbehaviourand revenue impact.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence, align and hold teams accountable in a positive and constructive way.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger picture.
