Due to exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join the growing Creative team. This hybrid role will support across all areas of the business with a key focus on print and in-store merchandising, reporting to our Lead Designer. Accountabilities Include:
- Design and deliver premium creative assets across all touchpoints, focusing on visual merchandising and product packaging.
- Lead the creative vision for in-store environments, developing compelling window displays, fixtures, signage, and merchandising systems.
- Translate brand strategy into impactful visual merchandising and product storytelling.
- Partner closely with retail, marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to align launches, campaigns, and seasonal stories.
- Own the execution of physical brand assets, ensuring premium quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Support campaign launches and BAU activity with design solutions across various channels.
- Evolve and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
- Stay ahead of visual merchandising, retail design, and beauty industry trends.
- Champion sustainable design and production practices.
- Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and ethical working culture.
- Operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
Experience Needed:
- 5+ years’ experience in a design role, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing print design, packaging, web, and retail/VM execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of production processes, print finishes, and preparing artwork for print.
- Proactive, well-organised self-motivator with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand identity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
