About the Job

Founded in 2016 by makeup artist and entrepreneur Aimee Connolly, Sculpted by Aimee is an Irish-born beauty brand with a global outlook. After earning a degree in business and building a loyal client base as a makeup artist, Aimee identified a gap in the market for products that were both high-performance and easy to use. Sculpted was launched to bridge that gap without ever compromising on results. At our core is a commitment to empowering our community with multitasking, user-friendly products designed to deliver effortless, radiant results in five minutes or less. We believe beauty is better when everyone’s in on it, creating products that enhance natural features, blend seamlessly, and fit into the real lives of busy modern women. Our philosophy is simple: beauty for every age, at every stage.

In under eight years, Sculpted by Aimee has grown into Ireland’s number one mass cosmetics brand in Boots Ireland, achieving cult status and competing alongside global beauty leaders. The brand is now stocked in leading retailers including Boots and Selfridges UK, with a strong e-commerce presence serving customers in over 68 countries. Our omni-channel footprint spans more than 500 retail doors across eight markets, alongside four flagship stores in the UK and Ireland. Our portfolio includes over 140 makeup, skincare and body products, all Leaping Bunny certified and recognised with more than 40 industry awards. Skincare is now our fastest-growing category, driven by a commitment to innovation, advanced formulation, and best-in-class performance. Developed and made in South Korea, our skincare range reflects our dedication to efficacy, quality and continuous improvement.

Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a full time Field Visual Merchandiser to join the growing Trade based in the UK for a 12 month FTC. This hybrid role will report to the Senior National Account Manager.

Accountabilities Include Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain excellent visual merchandising standards across UK retailers.
  • Ensure all fixtures, gondolas, and staffed counters are consistently clean, premium and visually impactful.
  • Execute new product launches, seasonal updates and support with any new store launches and events.
  • Install and update POS, tester units, graphics and merchandising tools as required.
  • Use both store insights and sales reports to highlight opportunities for improved merchandising and sell through.
  • Monitor key competitor activity and report on key findings with recommendations for best practice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both store/department managers, retail partners and counter teams.
  • Support with in store training where relevant across product, brand, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Undertake stock checking where appropriate and feedback to the trade team to drive replenishment.
  • Manage territory planning effectively to ensure strong coverage and efficient travel.
  • Build strong relationships with both the National Accounts and VM team, delivering clear and consistent communication of all store visits with detailed reporting.

Experience Needed:

  • 3+ years of experience in field visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Understanding of both self-select merchandising and staffed counter environments.
  • Excellent eye for detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand presentation.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to link visual execution to sales performance.
