Sculpted by Aimee are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior eCommerce Manager to join our team for Maternity Cover, and drive the continued growth of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ecommerce, with proven experience in managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms to maximize conversion rates and revenue. While beauty industry experience is preferred, it is not required. This role will play a critical role in shaping the online presence of Sculpted By Aimee and delivering an exceptional shopping experience across DTC and Amazon.
Accountabilities Include:
- Manage and own the performance of the DTC and Amazon, including P&L responsibility and KPI achievement across sales, margin, traffic, and conversion.
- Oversee all aspects of ecommerce operations, including product listings, stock accuracy, site merchandising, promotional strategy, and customer experience.
- Utilize Shopify or Shopify Plus to continually optimize the end-to-end digital journey, from discovery through checkout and post-purchase experience.
- Managing the Amazon agency partner and taking ownership of Amazon performance, profitability and growth.
- Lead the strategic development of onsite UX/UI enhancements based on user behavior insights, ensuring frictionless navigation and maximized conversion.
- Leverage advanced analytics and customer insights to drive growth, optimize performance, and improve ROI across digital channels.
- Create and execute a testing roadmap, leading A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify high-impact improvements.
- Work closely with digital marketing to synchronize ecommerce promotions with paid and organic campaigns, aligning with broader brand goals.
- Collaborate with CRM and retention teams to develop lifecycle marketing strategies using platforms such as Klaviyo to increase LTV and customer loyalty.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (SEO, development, UX/UI) to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Stay abreast of digital trends, new tools, and emerging technologies to keep Sculpted by Aimee at the forefront of ecommerce innovation.
- Identify new revenue opportunities including international expansion, marketplaces, and D2C enhancements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior ecommerce team members as the function grows.
Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in ecommerce, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus including apps, customization, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated success in growing D2C revenue, improving CVR, and optimizing the ecommerce funnel end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Elevar, and data platforms for actionable insights.
- Proven track record of building and executing testing frameworks (A/B, user testing, funnel analysis).
- Familiarity with Klaviyo for segmentation, automation, and personalized campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, CRO, paid media) and how they tie into ecommerce performance.
- Experience working with Shopify POS and omni-channel strategies is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric thinking.
