Business Development Warrington – North West The Role We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Mortgage and Protection Manager to oversee our existing Mortgage Advisers and Support team. This role will give exposure into the operational and sales side of the business where you will be instrumental in the marketing, corporate negotiations and relationship building with funders, investors, solicitors, and valuers, etc. To be successful in this role, you will be driven, ambitious and have a can-do attitude. You may be an existing Experienced Sales, Service or Compliance Manager in the mortgage industry looking for a new challenge or looking to take the next step in your career. Support the recruitment, development, and retention of Mortgage Advisers in line with the Company's recruitment plan. Work closely alongside other group company colleagues to ensure a consistent and joined up approach is adopted in respect to all business development activities, ensuring that objectives are always delivered in line with the business plans. In conjunction with the Company Directors, implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans to achieve the required growth in revenue from a range of income streams. Ensuring that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are always adhered to. Work closely with the Company Directors to continually review the training & development needs of team members.
