Job Description: The Relationship Director is responsible for secured property bridging lending within the company. This will involve developing and using your current network of professional introducers who are capable of offering bridging lending opportunities to you for the company to consider. This will cover: Residential properties (not occupied by the borrower or a member of their family, unless taken as 1st Charge, third party security or 2nd Charge). Commercial properties. Duties: Identifying commercial bridging lending opportunities for the company to consider in line with the current lending policy and interest rate banding. Take responsibility for each lending opportunity and progress through the business to deal completion, ongoing monitoring and successful exit. Instruct solicitors and valuers with the support of the Loan Managers, following the company’s established procedures and agree fixed price agreements and timescales with all professional advisors. Coordinate the progress of each transaction throughout it’s lifecycle with the company. Develop the credit paper and Executive Summary for presentation to the Board of Directors.
