The Lending Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the complete lifecycle of a bridging loan. Working closely with Business Development Managers, Underwriters and Portfolio Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring cases progress efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion and eventual redemption. Responsibilities Assist with the processing and triage of new enquiries. Liaise with brokers and borrowers to obtain information required for indicative terms.
