The Role

We're looking for a talented Director who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. You'll be surrounded by passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference. Your work in Financial Solutions will go beyond the numbers - it's about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acquisition of new business from the company offices within your designated area.
  • Generating your own introductions from a range of introducers.
  • Managing the transition of each prospect to a client.
  • Ensuring that facilities are running smoothly and mediating on the clients' behalf with funders where necessary.
  • Acting on behalf of clients to obtain alternative funding solutions if a facility is terminated.
  • Explaining funding options clearly to staff and clients.
  • Presenting to company Partners, networking events, and seminars to build the company brand.
  • Liaising with Directors to provide input into the future direction and growth of the Company.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to quickly gain a clear understanding of a prospect's business and their funding needs.
  • Understanding and identifying funding solutions available in the market.
  • Presenting suitable solutions and benefits to prospects.
  • Providing strategic guidance to clients on debt structures.
  • Collating information from clients and packaging it for lenders.
  • Liaising between prospects and funders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Ensuring appropriate agreements are in place.
  • Excellent sales negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Financial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems to manage client progress.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales targets within agreed time frames.
  • Communicating the core values of the company.
  • Creating satisfactory presentation material for in-house and external presentations.
  • Staying abreast of and reporting on all funding options available in the marketplace.
