The Role
We're looking for a talented Director who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. Responsibilities include:
- Acquisition of new business from the company offices within your designated area.
- Generating your own introductions from a range of introducers.
- Managing the transition of each prospect to a client.
- Ensuring that facilities are running smoothly and mediating on the clients' behalf with funders where necessary.
- Acting on behalf of clients to obtain alternative funding solutions if a facility is terminated.
- Explaining funding options clearly to staff and clients.
- Presenting to company Partners, networking events, and seminars to build the company brand.
- Liaising with Directors to provide input into the future direction and growth of the Company.

- Ability to quickly gain a clear understanding of a prospect's business and their funding needs.
- Understanding and identifying funding solutions available in the market.
