Purpose of the Role: To provide support to the Client Manager/Senior Client Manager and Commercial Director, in delivering innovative funding solutions and outstanding customer service to clients operating on factoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be 1st point of contact for clients on any operational query ensuring feedback from clients remains positive at all times.
- Liaise across offices and operational teams on a regular basis.
- Identify, check and clear all soundings within a timely manner.
- Process client payments.
- Carry out any system training for the clients within 24 hours of pay out.
- Complete security reviews within one month of the due date.
- Review the Ideal dashboard weekly and correspond with the clients regarding any reconciliation variances that are identified, with any concerning or persistent variances being communicated back to the CM or SM.
- Review Ideal contra matching quarterly to ensure the system is matching the correct debtors/creditors.
- Diarise all ongoing conditions set by the CM.
