Working within the Operations Department providing support to the Client Management teams for proactive management of a portfolio of clients. To deliver exceptional client service, maintain internal and client relationships and effectively identify any risks to prevent loss of income and reputation to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Processing: Debtor Receipts
  • To ensure that all collections are receipted onto the debtor accounts daily via the operating system.
  • To ensure the allocation of receipts are accurate and the correct remittances have been received and saved to the database.
  • To ensure all cheque receipts are paid into the designated account.
