Salary: £60,000-£85,000 Plus Bonus

We are looking for a talented Director who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. You'll be surrounded by passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference. The role in Financial Solutions goes beyond the numbers – it is about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business from the company offices within your designated area and generate your own introductions from a range of introducers.
  • Manage the transition of each prospect to a client and manage those clients whom you obtained funding for, ensuring that the facilities run smoothly.
  • Mediating on the clients’ behalf with funders where necessary and, when a client terminates a facility, act on their behalf to obtain an alternative funding solution.
  • Explain clearly to staff what funding options are available to their clients and why you have chosen to place business with a specific funder.
  • Present to company partners, networking events and seminars to build the company brand.
  • Liaise with the Directors on an ongoing basis to provide input into the future direction and growth of the Company.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Quickly gain a clear understanding of a prospect’s business and funding needs to ensure the correct funder is utilized.
  • Understand and identify available funding solutions in the market.
  • Present suitable solutions to prospects and articulate benefits.
  • Provide strategic guidance on debt structures.
  • Collate client information and package it for lenders.
  • Liaise between prospect and funder to ensure smooth completion of transactions within appropriate time frames.
  • Ensure appropriate agreements are in place.
  • Excellent sales negotiation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Financially literate and able to interpret financial statements.
  • Prior experience using a CRM system to plot and proactively manage client progress.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales targets within an agreed time frame.
  • Communicate the core values of the company.
  • Create satisfactory presentation material for internal and external presentations.
  • Stay abreast of and report on all available funding options in the marketplace.
